How do I resend an invite to a contractor in UptimeController?

If a contractor’s original invite to join your team has expired, you can quickly resend the invitation so they can activate their account and accept job assignments.

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Navigate to My Team → Contractors.

  2. Use the search bar at the top to find the contractor by name.

  3. On the far right of the contractor’s row, click the three dots menu (⋮).

  4. Select Resend Invite.

  5. A new invitation will be generated and sent to the contractor’s email.


📌 Note

If a contractor states they haven’t received the invite, it is commonly due to the email being filtered into their Spam or Junk folder. Ask them to check those folders before resending.


✅ The contractor will now receive a fresh invite to join your team and can activate their account.
